Can you return/exchange purchased products? 

No, all sales are final. You are allowed to exchange most clothing but there will be a fee of $5.00 (USD).

Is this a safe checkout process?

Yes. All checkouts go through Stripe not through us. 

What is Michael McKenzie Collection responsible for?

We are responsible for getting your purchased products to you. 

What are customers responsible for?

Paying for your products and knowing your proper size. If your product can't fit you then we can exchange it but there will be a small fee.

When do I receive my purchased products?

After your credit card has been charged it will take about a minimum of 5 Business days depending on what you have purchased.
